I cannot tell you how much I love this episode. Cas! And soulless!Sam still managing to have puppy-dog eyes. And then surprise Crowley. I hadn't seen Mark Sheppard's name in the credits so he came as a complete surprise and Crowley as King of Hell bringing both Samuel and Sam back for his own purposes is brilliant! But, but, but ... the boys know where his bones are buried. He knows they know. So how can he pull the whole "Me Charlie" thing on the them?
