Thank you very much! I thought about it, and it made sense that Eliot wouldn't be the type to try to soldier on when he's not feeling up to par. It doesn't mean he won't try to crawl into the nearest hole and wait for it to pass, but I'm quite sure he wouldn't put his team at risk just because he's not feeling well.
