I don't think it's a good idea to marry this Dean, no matter how cute and vulnerable he is. He's seriously, seriously damaged and about to go through a major emotional upheaval while he deals with this new concept of never being able to walk normally again.

I have a serious thing for smart!Dean, myself, and given that I tend to write his stream-of-consciousness as pretty random at the best of times, it made sense that he'd start wondering about grammatical rules while simultaneously worrying about Sam.
