Thank you very much! I grew up with a lot of friends who had to go through unexpected upheavals in their families, and Ben's at the age where he *would* react like that, I think. In his worldview, it's spectacularly unfair that Dean would get special treatment for certain things.

I'm not sure about a prequel, but I'll give it some thought to see if I can figure out how they all got there. :)
