Oh god, I love your Castiel beyond the telling! I'm not a Dean/Cas shipper, so I'm not seeing it *that way*, but there is such a deep affection between the two of them you can just *feel* it.

And I love that Cas is conserned about Sam for Sam, not just because Dean is. It's firmly canon now I'd say. He's said flat out that Sam is his friend, he stood up to Lucifer and kept watch with Dean over Sam in the panic room in the last episode. That angel is becoming more and more attached to the boys with every passing day.
