I swear if anyone else tried to write this verse it wouldn't work but with you behind the wheel I just can't enough of it!

I love how everything is so messy and complicated; Dean talking about John in present tense and still feeling like he needs to protect Sam but knowing he's just a kid. It really works and makes for a fascinating read

And I loved how Sam talks Dean around, understanding his brother's concerns but not patronizing him. Plus the little touch of the Impala always been home and how Sam offers to drive Dean to school in it really warmed my insides!
