I've read some slash if it's written by writers whose gen stories I really like, or by writers who manage to do it while keeping them *in character*, which I don't think happens often in slash [Dean in particular].

But I guess always feel sorta *huh?* because I just don't see any homosexual tendencies in either brother, so it ends up reading as *not them*, if that makes sense...
