My personal theory is that as long as Dean is somewhere around, Sam will keep saying no. It's only when he thinks Dean has given up on him that Sam caves in to Lucifer, after all.

There have been a lot of requests for a follow-up story. I'm not guaranteeing anything, but I'll see what I can come up with.
