New fandom loves
Okay, I am falling a little bit in love with some new (to me) shows. Just made my way through the first two episodes of Leverage, and I am kind of all sorts of keen about this show. Although I can't look at Elliott without thinking of his hair mating with Sam's. Y'all can blame ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

Also? I got the first disc of Veronica Mars through Zip, and I am totally and completely smitten. I know it's off the air now, and I've only seen four episodes, but man. It was clever and well-written and well-paced and funny and touching and really freaking brave. Having your main character be the victim of a date rape at a party without sliding into the sordid or the overly corny or the cliché? That is a tour de force, and I am impressed. It's a topic that usually makes me want to throw things at the TV set, and the show handled it with grace and sensitivity. Like I said: colour me impressed.
Thirdly, although I'm not quite as in love with this show, is Burn Notice. Mostly I am enjoying Bruce Campbell.
Still thoroughly obsessed with SPN, but it's nice to know I can still have other interests. ;)
