Heh. I am toying with how to handle the rest of that. I have a few directions in which it could go, all of which will affect the outcome of the story. So it's percolating right now.

All three of them are exhausted, poor things. I've never really had to deal first-hand with something like this, but I can imagine it would be easy to slip into a place where you feel like there's no choice and no way out.
