I am a day behind on NaNo, so I'm just going to be shameless and take a few hours to write a Fusion story. Those are easy.

It's an online (or you can get the desktop version, which includes daily goal-setting and online word wars, but the online version is free!) word processor with a timer in it. You set a word count goal and a time limit, then you write in it. But there's a catch -- if you stop writing for a preset amount of time (it's a few seconds, usually), one of three things will happen, depending on the punishment you choose. It will either a: put up a popup that says WRITE, BITCH (or an equivalent XD), b: play really obnoxious music until you start writing again, or c: begin deleting what you've written until you start writing again. it's crazy, but an excellent motivator!
