This is eerie and unsettling. I love how it seems there is no way to avoid it, and how both Sam and Dean know deep inside where they are going. The Pink Floid lyrics were a killing blow. Great job.

And poor Sammy... damn it, I still can't see a way out or a fixing for him in canon.
