The song on Sam's iPod in Lazarus Rising is Jason Manns' "Visions". Which is a cheery little love song and not emo in the slightest, and I'm the last person to ask about music quality but I think it's pretty good. (Incidentally Jensen sings backup on something else Manns did, but damned if I remember the song title.)
