Writing Projects Master Post
This is an attempt at a sanity-saving measure for myself. Those of you who are familiar with this LJ know that I have no self-control whatsoever and thus tend to overcommit myself to fic. So now I've created a list of writing projects so I can keep on top of my deadlines and such.

Okay, my OCD got a little out of control, but now I've got this list properly separated by category, so that I can look at whatever section I want, whenever I want to, without having to scroll up and down, which was a pain.
Also, this is always a good place to kick random plot bunnies my way, if you have them. I make no promises that I will write them, but at least this way they'll all be in one place. :)
Furthermore, if you feel inspired by one of said plot bunnies, feel free to snag 'em, with a nod to the original prompter in your post when you do end up posting it. And don't forget to send me the link so I can read it! :)

roque_clasique, a one-shot in the deaf!Dean verse, in which he and Sam encounter some of Sam's old Stanford bunnies. Sam is conflicted about seeing these people he likes but whom he can't reconcile with his chain-smoking hunting older brother, and Dean is uncomfortable and out of place with the civilian "hearies."
- "Fusion." It's a 'verse, now. Sam 'n' Dean have a dog. I have plans for more.
- "And If That Mockingbird Don't Sing": sort of a WIP, though the one I wrote stands alone. I'm thinking about it.
SPN fic ideas & prompts
- The "Ex Crucio" sequel, which I actually started but don't like, and am going to start over.
- "The Scottish Case Fic": aka the case fic in which Sam and Dean end up investigating a supposedly haunted production of Macbeth. :::ETA::: Now a special project to be cowritten withbellatemple! I'm excited.
- The casefic that's not a casefic that's really about how Dean gets back into hunting and is reunited with Sam, post 5.22. :)
- This is the one I'm intitling "ratherastory is INSANE": I want, as an experiment, to try and write a tag/coda/whatever to every single SPN episode starting with the pilot and going all the way to 5.22. I don't know if I can pull it off, but I've been thinking about it for a while now, and I'm weirdly excited about it. I'm going to try to combine it with spnquotefic, because that comm is awesome and I haven't touched it yet. I might also try to do it with spn_las, because it's quick. I don't know yet.
- A prompt byelsewhere_kels: Dean "had so much potential" in Hell. I imagine he even built up a bit of sway - like new souls arriving heard about how horrible it was to be on Dean's rack.
Where is the fic where, when pushed to the brink with demons, Dean is forced to... throw his weight around a little? For whatever reason, Dean is in a situation where (to save Sam or Cas or something else very important) Dean has to remind the demons of their place? Where is Creepy!BAMF Dean? Who is later all "ohshitohshit" ptsd with flashbacks and needs to be comforted because he feels SO GUILTY for the things he did in Hell but damn, didn't he show the demons who was boss? Wasn't he Alistair's FAVOURITE student?
Basically... Re-Awoken!Hell-Dean with a schmoopy/h/c(/smutty) ending. I haven't found this anywhere, and I've WANTED it since 4x01. Any takers?

- The Chelsea Grin story, prompted bymimblexwimble, which is currently languishing on my hard drive.

- Impaled!Sam. This is allde_nugis' fault. I'm just saying.
- And one to blame onpkwench: Castiel has a wound that won't heal, aka Fisher King!Cas, which totally makes Dean Percival, and dear God did I just seriously consider making an SPN Grail Quest?
- Women of SPN. I was thinking of an epistolary-style fic, in which all those strong women who get left behind after the one-shots actually say "To hell with this!" and form a cross-country internet network of women hunters. Women who reject the nomadic lifestyle but still hunt: they set up forums, chat groups, online resources. Form small hunting parties in their towns. Essentially they kick ass and take names, because no supernatural fugly is ever going to threaten their families again.
- Prodded bynyoka, Castiel/Ellen. Egads.
- A casefic in which soulless!Sam is infected with a variant of ghost fever. It involves radiation poisoning. You'll just have to read it to find out the connection. ;)
- Sam with MS. I'm on a hurt-the-puppy kick again, it seems. The twist is that my brain is insisting this needs to be wincest. Um.
- Sam with a seizure response dog. This is a prompt byrainylemons over at the ohsam challenge which was already written by someone, but that someone flounced and so I feel perfectly entitled to lay claim to the prompt now. :)
- A collaboration withrainylemons, working title "The Angel Pin." A film!noir!Sam story.
- The werewolf fic I started for the werewolf Big Bang.
- Prompted bymorganoconner: Dean finds himself claimed by Oberon, king of the faerie realm. The only way for him to escape this contract is to prove that he is already owned by someone else, and Castiel is happy to oblige. Basically, a collared!Dean story. I have no idea, I don't even know what I'm doing, but apparently I'm writing this...

- "Long Before the Sky Would Open": Yes, the deaf!Dean fic that's been sitting on my hard drive since January. I've decided to rip it apart, and post the flashback as a stand-alone, and then re-work the story that happens during the series premiere. Pre-quel is finished and posted.
- A crack!fic idea that won't leave me alone. Mpreg. Dean gets cursed by a witch into having all the physiological and psychological effects of pregnancy.
- A one-shot missing scene to "Bloody Mary" from Charlie's POV, of her waiting for Sam and Dean to come back, sitting on her bed with her eyes closed. Done and written forspn_las.
- "Take A Sad Song": The Missouri-centered fic that I haven't touched in a while. It's a one-shot, so once I figure out what I want to do with it, it should work out pretty well. I wrote a different Missouri fic, so "Take A Sad Song" is being benched for now until I decide what I want to do with it, if anything.

spn_las.- "Take A Sad Song": The Missouri-centered fic that I haven't touched in a while. It's a one-shot, so once I figure out what I want to do with it, it should work out pretty well. I wrote a different Missouri fic, so "Take A Sad Song" is being benched for now until I decide what I want to do with it, if anything.
