Day 18: 30 Days of Supernatural
Day 18 - Your favourite SPN romance
Romance? In SPN? Oh, you mean that thing that happens when the boys get together with a girl and then the girl dies or else they leave after a day?
Right.
How about we amend that to "potential romance?"
I liked the idea of Dean/Cassie, even if I thought the actress' portrayal of her was weak. She was an intelligent, independent WoC who wasn't afraid to stand up for what she believed in. She could have been pretty awesome.
My favourite? Sam/Sarah. I am biased, because Sarah is like me, only a whole lot prettier. Intelligent, versed in the arts, and adapts easily to the different social spheres. As happy with a beer in her hand as a canapé, able to discuss herself intelligently and with self-deprecation. I also flatter myself that, should a painting I was selling turn out to be haunted, I would handle it with the same amount of aplomb. ;)
In short, there was never enough of a real romance in the show for me to weigh in on this.
