Wherein ratherastory is a chicken

Season 5 has been sitting on my TV since Tuesday. Have I re-watched it? NO. I've watched the gag reel and the "Ghostfacers" webisodes, and I'm making my way through the (kinda boring) special features.

I cannot BRING myself to watch the second half of Season 5. I re-watched the first half on my computer a while back, and stopped at 5.10.

I am a giant chicken because I don't know if my heart can take being broken that hard all over again.

I completely understand. My Season Five DVDs haven't arrived yet, but I've been watching Seasons 1-2 this summer and considered watching Season Three, but I can't handle the level of angst in the Sam and Dean relationship in Seasons Four and Five at the moment.
