rainylemons has done it again, ripping my heart out of my ribcage, tossing it on the floor and stomping on it for a while before picking it up, petting it and making everything better again.

The Way Back: Set post Swan Song. Castiel tries to adjust to being human while Dean adjusts to a life without Sam, and even when they get Sam back everything is still kind of hard.

Seriously, go read it now. Her Castiel voice is awesome, and everyone in that story breaks my damned heart. I'm not just saying this because I beta'd it. In fact, I am a bad, bad beta who was crying so hard by the end that I missed a bunch of things that rainylemons then caught on her own. :P
