Okay, in Thicker Than Water there is a whole unwritten scene/sequel in which Dean takes Sam to Bobby's. Bobby assumes the worst, and there ensues a whole lot of Epically Awkward™ as Dean has to explain what really happened.

Oh, and Sam never gets the pony he asked for. ;)
