There will eventually be a story detailing all of this, but as I said somewhere above, Dean decides to get his surgery done in the hospital near the town where they both end up settling down. Mostly Sam holds it together, and Mrs. O'Keefe makes them more soups and casseroles than they can ever hope to consume at one time. ;)
