My bosses decided that my sarcasm and body language are inappropriate at work, even though they in no way, shape or form affect the quality of the work I do. I am not even allowed to roll my eyes or ~sigh~ when I've hung up after a difficult call. Apparently this is bad for office morale.

If I got told off every time I roll my eyes after a phone call at work... well, let's just say I'd keep my boss very busy. This is just all kinds of stupid. As long as you get your work done properly, who cares if you sigh once in a while?
