My bosses decided that my sarcasm and body language are inappropriate at work, even though they in no way, shape or form affect the quality of the work I do. I am not even allowed to roll my eyes or ~sigh~ when I've hung up after a difficult call. Apparently this is bad for office morale.

Man, one of the only redeeming factors for me working phone lines was getting to make faces at customers on the other end. What a load of crap.
