Meow!

My prompts just came up for grabs at spn_summergen for pinch-hitting.

I am a little sad, but hopefully someone will grab them.

Meow.

That's never a happy thing to see, but the person who claimed the pinch-hit wrote for me last year and the story was lovely.

That's kind of surprising. You had some really good prompts.

Aw, sorry to hear that! :( It always sucks when you've put in a lot of effort for your part but the person who got you just...bails. Argh!

I still have no idea if I'll ever get anything from the last exchange I did in April. :x I keep checking back but never see anything posted. Rats! BUT pinch-hitting means you'll get something still though so hang in there! <3

Be not afraid - or something like that!

Look at it this way - at least with a pinch-hitter, you got someone who actively requested your prompts, instead of someone who did a face-palm like probably whoever got mine!

I'm kind of eager now to think of all the cool gen fic we'll start seeing in a couple weeks! I just sent mine off to my beta today. I also did a trial post to see if I'd have to split it, and I got a too-big error, and I took out one measly sentence, and now it fits in a single post. So there's a good chance when my beta is done, and I'm done, it will fit! Whew! How about yours?

Mine is done, sent to beta, returned, and now I just have to code it and send it in. It's too big for one post. Actually, it probably needs three posts.

*facepalm*

Oh no! I'm so sorry!

Aww, that bites, but it's awesome that someone saw it quickly and took after it with happy grabby hands - you know for sure that it's someone that really wanted the prompts and instantly got a spark from one of them and that's always awesome. :)

I'm still debating on pinch hitting - seems like plenty of people signed up to do it, but I may just yet toss my name out there in case a set of prompts comes up in need and I see something that says "yeesssss!"
