Am I the only one who's having issues with Show's humour, lately?

Potty humour aside, I am getting increasingly squicked by the rape jokes. Is it me, or are they getting more... explicit? I mean, there was the "rode hard and put up wet" from earlier seasons, but this last episode just made me wince and CRINGE.

I didn't think she was enjoying it. I just assumed it was some weird form of demonic bravado.

Still, could have done without the whole scene, myself. It felt really gratuitous.
