What is WRONG with people?

Just had to ban someone from ohsam for posting the most horrific, insulting, gross comment to someone I happen to like and respect tremendously. Heck, even if it had been to someone I don't know, it would be just as bad.

It was an older post, too, and the comment seemed totally unprovoked as far as I could tell. It's not a bot, either, because I went and checked to see (so I could report the bot if necessary), it seems to be an actual person with other fandom people friended.

What the hell, I ask you?

Needless to say, this person's ass has been banned from the comm, no questions asked. This is the good thing about being the mod: I can decide if there will be second chances, and this time there will be none.

Thank you for being your awesomely awesome self and handling what was apparently a bad comment/escalating situation swiftly. You's one of the reasons I adore ohsam so much. Seriously, it's really the only comm I care about anymore, and the way it's managed is one of the reasons. *hugs*

I am seriously pissed at this person who thought they could come stir up shit in my comm. Banning doesn't feel like enough, frankly.
