Because it ought to be my birthday all month long

Okay.

It's not a secret by now that I am completely and totally obsessed with Supernatural, and that the only way I can work through this obsession is by writing fic.

I'm thinking casefic at this point (don't worry, I'm not giving up on the other WIPs I have), but because it's my birthday + 1 day I am going to make you work for it.

Give me a prompt for the case you've always wanted to see the boys take on and they never did. It can be anything from a one-word prompt ("UNICORN!") all the way to a full prompt complete with your favourite secondary characters or whatever.

After that I pick the prompt(s) I like best, and I'll write it (them). Also, I am happy to beat either boy into a puddle —within the confines of a casefic— for the record, if that's part of the prompt. It's not a secret that I'm a h/c whore.

Sound good?

I thought so, at any rate. ;)

Aaaaand GO!

I did hit the jackpot, but I can always use back-up prompts. :D

I like this. It's sort of a "fear itself" kind of plot, although the ghost sickness episode came close to it.

*puts on thinking cap*

I'm kind of late to this party, but how about following some whump with some epic Winchester violent retribution? Bloody revenge is practically a family specialty.

Ok, maybe not literal bloody revenge. But scary "you shouldn't have done that" kickass winchesters? They're really awesome. Especially after teh whump.

Oh, yeah. Closure.

Closure is good. If the story lends itself to it (and it usually does), I will happily have one or both of the boys go back and kick the creature's ass. :D
