Sam's speech at the end of House of the Holy has always been one of my favourites. Looking back it's sad to think just how much he lost and suffered.

Okay, I know I just recc'd this at ohsam, but really, I couldn't resist! It's too good a vid not to include everywhere, and it made me cry about two seconds after getting out of bed, so.

Almost to the end of S1 in my rewatch, just saw Faith last night. I swear, every time I decide to restart this show again I get another reminder of just how much I lurve it.

you know, i love this episode and i love this scene. it was the first time i actually went wow, i can't believe they went there. talking about God and praying, but this fit in there perfectly.

Then as the seasons progressed I kept that in mind. Sam prays every night. Prayed as Hell hounds were taking his brother, prayed as he was drinking Ruby's blood? Then he meets actually angels and they are dicks. Does he still pray? Did he pray to God in Season 5 while knowing that he is 'destined' to be Lucifer's angel condom?

And now into Seasons 6 and 7, does Sam still pray?

I know if I get the nerve to actually go to a convention and actually stand in line, I want to ask this question.

Wow, ramble, but yeah, I love what Sam said here and the video is awesome!!!

It is amazing, isn't it? I loved that episode, and ash48 does a brilliant job of showing us how it ties in across the seasons.

BTW, I too and excited to see what you come up with writing wise on hiatus.

I just started summer break with my kids and a couple of my writing buddies and I are thinking of having our own prompt fest. So I'm looking forward to having time to write.
