Fandom! I need help. :)

Hola, fandom folk!

Some of you are French-speakers or know French, I am sure of it. I am on the lookout for m/m fiction in French. Original or fanfic, I am not picky.

I may be picking up some translation gigs in the near future, and while French is my native tongue, I am not familiar with the particular terminology and phrasing of, well, porn. Each genre has its own language and idioms, and my translating experience is primarily in the humanities (non-fiction).

So now I have to read porn for SCIENCE, you understand.

Help? Anyone? Bueller?

dans AO3 tu peux faire une recherche où tu spécifie la langue, à droite dans l'engin de recherche.

à titre d'exemple une recherche avec Dean/Castiel en filtrant par la langue me donne 12 fic en Français, de général à mature. Si je fais "français" et "explicit" dans SPN en général, 10 fic.

là à savoir si ça vaut quelque chose, point de vue prose, je ne sais pas!

They haven't updated in a while, but the archive for spn_fr might net you a few gems. My Italian is way better than my French, so I read more easily in that language, but I've picked up a few good stories via that comm...

I'm utterly gobsmacked that English isn't your native language, only because of the absolutely stellar quality of your English writing. Sorry if you had already mentioned it and it dribbled out my ear...

Hee! I think I might have mentioned it at some point in my early days of fandom, but I don't really go on and on about it.

Technically, while French is my native tongue, I started speaking English when I was very little and did most of my studies in English too, so I'm pretty much bilingual. In fact, my English is better than my French on quite a few subjects (notably anything to do with computers or anything involving medical terms).
