Writing projects, October to December

This is for my own purposes, feel free to skip. My master list of projects is getting a bit unwieldy, so I'm just putting this down in order to make sure I have my ducks in a row.

In order of due date:

1- help_pakistan: I'm totally late on this, although my recipient, inyron, is being a sweetheart. Currently at 4,500 words and counting, and will probably end up in the 7,000-word range. Was due October 1st. Done and posted!

2- deancasbigbang: Posting date of October 12th. Have edited Part 4 because my artist needed it, and will be working on Parts 1-3 over the weekend. Done and posted!

3- spn_las: 1,000 words maximum, due October 13th.

4- spn_reversebang: Due October 25th, 5,000 words minimum.

5- team_free_love: Secret Lovers Exchange, also due October 25th, 2,000 words minimum.

6- spook_me: horror-fic challenge, no wordcounts. Due October 26th. Abandoned for sanity-saving purposes.

7- girlsofspn: 1,000 words minimum, due November 1st. Done and posted!

8- sassy_otp: 500 words minimum, due November 15th. Done and posted!

9- spn_jimmynovak: Novakfest, 500 words minimum, due November 22nd. Posting date of December 18th. In progress.

10- amplificathon: Podbang. A recording of a fic that's a minimum of 20,000 words, due December 1st. In progress, with an extension due to a cat-related mishap. Done and submitted!


And I owe peppervl a fic, and while there's no deadline on it, I'm tentatively hoping to have it done sometime in December (revised from November).

I revel in the idea that I get to read all of those things, but frankly I don't know how you do it. Of course, if you look at my October schedule, it looks kind of like this but doesn't have anything to do with writing.

Yeah, see, apart from work and going to the gym, I have very little by way of personal commitments. I do have a decent amount of time to devote to writing. :)

I have one little measly story that feels very impressive and intimidating to me right now... seriously don't know how you do it.

Any chance that a Fusion fic is going to come out of any of those projects? A girl can ask.... ;)

Oh, yeah. These are just fics-with-deadlines. I have other projects, including "Roses in December" and Fusion that I'll be working on regularly as well. :)

And hey, I write reasonably fast and I have a weird work schedule that gives me a lot of time on my own to write. So don't feel bad.

Okay, now I just feel kinda pathetic panicking over reversebang, which is my only deadliney project atm. Though I think my initial estimate of a 10k fic for that was wildly optimistic DDDX I wonder if I can bribe the mods for a late due posting date...

Dude, don't feel pathetic. I have a really weird work schedule that gives me a lot of time on my own with nothing to do other than watch TV or write. So. ;)

Not this very second, no. My Reverse Big Bang is written and in the beta stages now, so that's set but I haven't even started thinking about my Sassy exchange assignment. So I should get that finished before I sign up for anything else.

But after that, I'll be back :P So keep that list!

Wow! I have so many of your stories saved in my SPN file waiting for me to have time to read fanfic - which might be this weekend. I don't want to jinx myself, but Sunday's service is almost completely prepared and it's only lunchtime Friday. As long as there are no crises demanding my pastoral care, tomorrow may be my reading day.
