Dear brain: please shut up
Aug. 17th, 2010 08:28 pmI am busy panicking about my Dean/Castiel Big Bang. I know, this is a shocking, shocking development. Because otherwise I never worry about my writing, or about finishing my stories in time for deadline, or anything. I am the picture of zen serenity when it comes to my writing.
Really.
Stop laughing, I'm serious!
Anyway, as a result of my being in oh-my-God-I-have-to-submit-a-draft-in-three-days panic mode, my brain has coughed up a whole bunch of new plot bunnies which I am now dying to write. Never mind that I already have 30+ fic ideas, projects, WIPs and commitments already on the go.
So, like the subject line says: Dear brain, please shut up. I have my BB to finish, which means that I somehow have to conjure up roughly another 15K between now and Friday. I do NOT need the distraction of something shiny, which is just your way of coping with stress.

Plus also that little ficlet that's due tomorrow that I maybe signed up for even though I knew I shouldn't. *cough*
