Title: Life in the Valley
Summary: Written for brilligspoons for the h50_exchange. The team has some much-needed downtime at one of Chin and Kono's cousins' taro farm.
Pairings/Characters: Chin/Kono/Danny/Steve (The story assumes an OT4 kind of poly relationship, but never goes further than very chaste kissing)
Rating: PG-13

Title: But World Enough, and Time
Summary: Written for tailoredshirt for the h50_exchange. When Steve meets Kono, he is twenty-eight and she is twenty. He has never met her before. Kono has known him since she was six years old. Or, the H50 retelling of The Time Traveler's Wife.
Characters: Steve/Kono, with most of the show characters and a few OCs.

Neurotic Author's Note #1: When I agreed to do a pinch-hit, I didn't quite realise how hard this bunny would bite. tailoredshirt expressed an interest in time travel, and challenged whoever got her prompt to not only write Steve/Kono, but to write them as more than just a hot sex pairing, and thus this story was born. I wish I had another three months to write it, but I fear even then I wouldn't be able to do it justice. Audrey Niffeneger I am not. ;)

Title: Like a Friendship Caught on Fire
Summary: Ferret!verse. Written for siehn for the h50_holidayswap. Danny gets the flu, but after Steve drives him home so he can get some much-needed sleep, his day gets a whole lot worse when his apartment building catches fire. When Danny goes missing in the aftermath, it's up to Steve and the team to find him, their search made all the harder because, well, sometimes Danny is a ferret.

Neurotic Author's Note #1: So the ever-patient, extraordinarily lovely and talented delicatale expressed a desire to read the AU in which one of the characters goes blind (or deaf, or whatever), and how the characters end up dealing with it. This is my attempt to provide that. I think I mostly succeeded.
Neurotic Author's Note #2: I stole the title from the Georgics. I hope I haven't mangled the Latin too horribly. Apologies to all the scholars who read it and cringe. ;)
Neurotic Author's Note #3: The characters and I had a violent disagreement about whether or not they were going to get it on on-screen, as it were. The characters won. I apologize for the lack of sex, but they were adamant about angsting instead.

Steve and Danny are imprisoned for some reason or other and held in two rooms separated by an opaque wall that lets a little sound through. One or the other is injured, and/or maybe being interrogated by the bad guys, and all the other one can do is listen and try to keep his friend's spirits up with his voice.
