Comment-fic Meme! Right here, right now!

Okay, folks, who else felt like all the delicious promised h/c got UNFAIRLY RIPPED AWAY last night? Yeah. What is this "three weeks later" nonsense?
Where was the head trauma? The hobbling around on crutches? The possible coma? Bobby having to take care of unconscious!Sam and loopy-on-painkillers!Dean?
And THEN there was all the during-and-post episode stuff that could have happened! Like Dean having a "mishap" cutting off his own cast. Sam dealing with Lucifer. ALL THE H/C!
In short, there needs to be comment-fic to fill in these terrible, terrible lapses in judgement on the writers' part, am I right? Of course I am!
THE RULES: (Just in case they need reiterating)
→ Leave a comment here with your prompt. This is a 7.03-focused meme, so the focus should be either on that episode, or the fallout from the episode. Feel free to spin off and go entirely AU based off the episode.
→ In your prompt, please state your desired characters or pairings. All genres/pairings welcome, but no RPF/RPS this time around (we're fixing the episode, damn it!).
Example A: “Dean's extra-awesome painkillers upset his stomach.”
Example B: “Sam's head injury causes him to lapse into a coma in which he relives all his worst memories of Hell.”
